Community House
Perched on the south point overlooking the bay, is our beautiful Cedarhurst Community House. Many community social events take place here, as well as regular meetings of the Cedarhurst Citizens Association. This facility is available for residents to reserve for various small gatherings and affairs.
Our original historic building, had been constructed in 1929, and faithfully served the needs of the community until it was destroyed by Hurricane Isabel in 2003. In 2007, we completed the construction of our New Community Center and are blessed to have it for our use and enjoyment. To reserve a date for our event, please fill out the form below.
We are now accepting reservations for private rentals of the Community House. Rental fees are $150/day plus a refundable $150 security deposit. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rentals are for residents of Cedarhurst on the Bay only.
